<br>POSITION1: Analyst*
<br>Description -Analysts are responsible for discrete pieces of analysis that
<br>contribute towards solving a client's business problem. Analysts break down a
<br>problem into hypotheses to be tested; structure the testing approach;
<br>identify, model, analyze and interpret data; and while working abroad, assist
<br>in developing client recommendations and work collaboratively with client
<br>team members to implement change.
<br>
<br>Details - The main areas of project responsibility are analysis,
<br>presentation, client communication. There are a number of analyses typically
<br>performed and they include industry or special topics research, data
<br>collection, quality control and preparation, a variety of profiling and
<br>trending analyses, and helping build statistical/econometric or financial
<br>models. Analysts are helping preparation of presentations and other forms of
<br>written communication. In addition, they are often involved at client
<br>communication at different levels. Outside of project work, analysts
<br>participate in a variety of firm development domains.

<br>o Master's degree from top university in quantitative discipline*
<br>o English fluency, written and oral
<br>o Ability and desire to learn quickly

<br>POSITION2: Associate
<br>Description - Associates are fully-versed in most types of analyses and
<br>fluent in all kinds of communications, client and internal. Associates take
<br>ownership of entire streams of analysis, perform sophisticated data analyses,
<br>and guide analysts on execution of discrete tasks.
<br>
<br>Details - Associates carry out a number of sophisticated analyses such as
<br>profiling and trending, building statistical/econometric and financial
<br>models. They perform and manage a variety of data collection, quality
<br>control, and data preparation steps. They are responsible for the preparation
<br>of large portions of presentations and other forms of written communication.
<br>They are also responsible for day-to-day client communications at various
<br>organizational levels. Outside of project work, they take ownership of a
<br>number of firm development areas.

<br>Requirements
<br>o Two years of work experience with a top management consulting firm or
<br>equivalent work experience
<br>o MBA, Master or higher degree from top university in quantitative
<br>discipline, such as engineering, operations research, statistics,
<br>econometrics, applied math, or physics
<br>o English fluency, written and oral
<br>o Ability and desire to learn quickly
<br>o Drive, entrepreneurial spirit
