Throughout the cultural process, a piece of cultural information is a cultural “private cell”. A private cell is a cultural gene, the desire driven by the additions and soul, which constitutes a cultural unit. It can be as small as a desire, a piece of information, or as large as a school, a philosophy, a religion, a state, or even a guideline of governing the country.

Private cells are cultural genes of varying sizes during biological evolution. A non-material
private cell gene structure has four characteristics: on the left is culture, on the right is civilization, above is strategy and below is tactics. And we are all floating within the area. And every individual is a private cell, confined by the left and right, above and below, in the larger private cell during the cultural process. We are all living in the center of the private cell cultural concept; from this aspect, the concept of “now” is under monitoring at all time. We can imagine that a private cell is an image of a neuron, while the cultural cell of every individual is contained within a larger cell, where there is always the possibility of touching the boundary, thereby violating the rules. Life is filled with perplexities and setbacks. When looked at from a philosophical, dialectical perspective, each movement of life is an innovation and progress. As described by Dawkins, the mobility of the private cells at any time is like swimming in the cultural pond. The moment when one feels or perceives a piece of information, the cultural private cell is established.
