The ING summer challenge is an international challenge for master students. You will execute an international strategic research. After a professional preparation of a couple of days you will set off for a month to several destinations.
Last year the participants did thorough study into the successful retail marketing formula in Romania and secondly they had the task to assess the formula in the Philippines and Hungary.

You will also become acquainted with the ING Talent Programme, our marketing traineeship for masters. Selection procedure

Assessment of your online application, motivation and curriculum vitae;
If we see starting points, you will receive an invitation to complete an online ability test, which you can do at home;
If the test results are positive, an interview with two selectors follows at 19, 20 or 21 May. During this interview, we will ask you to give a 10-minute English-language presentation on a financial/economics subject.
Assessment
We would like to point out that the ability test for the ING international summer challenge is the same as the ability test for the ING Talent Programme (traineeship). Should you in the future wish to apply for the ING Talent Programme, then it is important to have passed this ability test.
In short: even though ING International Summer Challenge is an orientation exercise, take your application seriously!
