If we could get just one glimpse
Of what our future holds,
We would surely be more careful
Of how our life unfolds!

Just to get a glimpse
Of Hell's consuming flame,
Would surely cause us
To never be the same!

A glimpse should be enough
To show us what's ahead,
Unless we call on Jesus
Before the time we're dead!

A glimpse into Heaven
Gives us a hope for sure.
If we can just get there
Our heart must be so pure!

But Jesus, our Lord and Savior
Knocks on our heart's door.
Then when we ask Him in
He will leave us nevermore!

Then we shall one day see the whole,
Not just a glimpse of Heaven fair!
Let's go walk those streets of gold,
Then a glimpse can not compare!
I CAN and I WILL

Life has it's hills and it's valleys,
It's a long and twisting road,
There are battles to be conquered.
Where seeds of doubt have been sowed.

When we see a high hill before us,
We may think it's way too high,
And we wonder if we can make it,
And should we even try

And then I hear God's still, small voice,
It comes from deep within,
"You can do this, my child,
And this time you will win!"

My heart leaped with assurance,
I CAN and I WILL!
NOTHING CAN STOP ME,
FROM CLIMBING THIS HILL!

It may be the highest hill,
That I will ever climb,
But by God's sweet grace.
I will do it this time!

And with His love and mercy,
Which covers us all,
I will have the strength and courage,
That keeps us from a nasty fall.

His wisdom and His consuming love,
Leads to sweet victory at last,
And we will worship at His feet,
As our faith becomes steadfast.
From the Cradle to the Cross

He had ten tiny fingers
and such cute little toes;
pink, rosy cheeks,
and a sweet little nose.

An innocent babe,
such a delight to behold,
yet the coming of this child
had long been foretold.

For He was the Messiah,
the Redeemer of man,
conceived through the Spirit;
part of God's plan.

Years passed and He grew,
then in love He reached out.
The miracles He worked
should have left little doubt

That this was God's Son,
no ordinary man He,
sent forth to deliver,
to pardon, set free.

He spoke of new life;
and showed others the way
to be granted forgiveness;
receive salvation that day.牋\r

But many were deaf
to the truth of God's Word.
They had ears to listen
yet their hearts never heard.

His ministry on earth
brought Him not man's esteem,
for many would reject
that their souls He'd redeem.

Still He gave up His life;
bore man's guilt; suffered shame.
Obeying His Father,
The Sacrificial Lamb He became.

His life's blood poured out
for the remission of sin;
yet He conquered even death
when He arose once again.

Now salvation is promised
to all who'll believe;
eternal life offered
if the Son they'll receive.

The gift of God's Son
sent from Heaven above;
from the cradle to the cross:
the story of God's love.
