电信业重组拉开帷幕。中国移动通信集团公司于近日发布通报，中国铁通集团公司并入中国移动通信集团公司，成为其全资子企业。

China Mobile released its acquisition plan of China Railway Communication (China Railcom), which would become the former's wholly-owned subsidiary but maintain independent operation.

中国移动于近日发布其对中国铁通集团公司的并购计划，铁通将成为其全资子企业，但保持独立运营。

The announcement confirmed a long-expected industry reshuffle involving another two smaller telecom service providers namely China Unicom and China Netcom.

该通告证实了期待已久的该行业重组计划，此次重组还涉及另外两家电信运营商，中国联通和中国网通。

上述报道中，
industry reshuffle就是“行业重组”，
那么“电信行业重组”就是telecom industry reshuffle或者telecom industry restructuring，
年初实施的“政府机构重组”就是government reshuffle。
Restructure强调的是结构的改变、重组，
而reshuffle则强调人员、岗位的调整。
acquisition plan是“收购、并购计划”，在很多报道中都见过了，
wholly-owned subsidiary就是“全资子企业”。
