I am still waiting for the refund from the bank, and I've already mentioned my situation to my parents and they will transfer some cash if necessary. Anyway, I am really unsatisfied with?their attitude towards the issue, they've already spent more than a month on the investigation progress and they are still asking for more time. I really cannot tolerate this. For my essay, I am going to talk about political arguments to welfare state this time for European Studies, and causes of WWII as my IR topic.
