HOHO I'm from HUNAN, too. I think the supergirl show is OK and to some extend I'm enjoying it, I mean not the TV programs or any related concerts etc., but the whole event. In HONGKONG or TAIWAN, many super stars get themselves known by public and start their career by means of winning important competitions. I think the supergirl show reveals a detailed-ever process in the mainland.

First of all , I'd say the dedication of Mainland people to learn English and improve their skills really impress me. Though I was brought up in a former British colony, I feel ashamed of my poor English level.
 
 Hei, I want to say something about the word "welcome", "welcome" itself can be an adjective, a noun or a verb. When "welcome" is a verb, it means "greeting somebody on his arrival" or "showing or feeling pleasure". Follows are the examples: "we were welcomed by the children" and "the policy is welcomed by the public". Meanwhile, when it acts as an adjective, it means "being received with pleasure" or " being freely permitted to take/do something". For instance, "You are welcome to express your topic in English".
 
 As such, I would suggest to use "all topics are welcome" instead of “all topic are welcomed" in the opening message.
