<br>外交部１９４９年建国起成立，主管部１９８４年才成立，部长当然少\r<br>如果算历史帐，主管这个系统的领导恐怕不比外交部长少

Thanks for these autobiographies of these  later and contemporary Chinese Foreign Ministers.When I read these information, I really appreciate these guys' colorful revolutionary or academic backgrounds,extraordinary tactics and strategies dealing with complicated diplomatic issues. However, most of them belong to the past. Furthermore, today's international situations and the major tasks of Chinese diplomacy are quite different than those of the past. This means those who get involved into Chinese diplomacy have great responsibilities to promote Chinese diplomacy,especially during the diplomatic struggles with Taiwan Independent regimes, Japanese militarists and American hegomonists. Most of you,including me  are very young,robust, energetic and enthusiastic. So we have every reason to cherish the opportunities to study and exercise us from various angles. In the future, if we can do something to change the passive situations of Chinese Foreign diplomacy to serve Chinese people utmostly, I would like to cheer for you with my best wishes.
