讨论 国际法与国际组织对国家行为和国家利益的形成产生的作用

"Realists are highly sceptical about the efficacy of international law & institutions in affecting state behaviour and the formation of state interests."
You can stand for any group of  theorists, such as realists, liberals, discuss whether this point is persuasive. It's better to give some supporting evidences,  like examples or statement from famous theoriests. English and Chinese are both welcomed.

eg. I'm tending to believe in realists' arguement. Cause accourding to realists, seeking power is the only purpose for states developing their domestic and diplomatic policies.  Even though some international regulations and organizations did make some positive influence on leading international system into more cooperative, they still are limited in few areas. Some developed countries ignore the exsitance of those laws when they want to promote their power in international system, , such as the Iraq war.
很晚了,一下子想不到更多例子,我还是个beginner,对international relation的东西了解的非常有限,所以希望大家都来讨论讨论,拓展一下思维.

高人来指点一下我啊,我本来想站在现实主义者的立场, 对发达国家,发展中国家以及不发达国家进行评价, 说明internatinal law & institutions对于权利大国的约束力有限,发达国家依旧是以自身的利益为基础制定对外政策,而发展中国家和不发达国家相对而言受到internatinal law & institutions的约束就多一些

这些一个笼统的想法,但是我还找不到足够的论据来支持我的想法.另外,我也希望有比我对这个领域了解的多的人给我一些意见,或者从别的角度思考这个TOPIC的方向也行.

个人觉得在不涉及至关重要的利益时,国际法还是很有用的.
另外,我觉得随着各国社会交往的加深,国际法的作用会扩大.

LZ虽然是个beginner  但是对国际政治的敏感性很强啊

个人觉得国际法和国际组织应该区分开研究
因为两者涉及的领域有些不同

关于国际组织对国家利益的影响 建议LZ一定要看一下费丽莫的《国际社会中的国家利益》这本书
国际法的可以看看熊玠的《无政府状态与国际秩序》中的相关内容
