人生观和价值观(philosophy of life and values of life): Chinese society is undergoing a transition. some people have lost their direction and have blurred the differences between right and wrong, honor and disgrace. The concept is a perfect amalgamation of traditional Chinese values and modern virtues. I should build up socialist concept of honor, disgrace to study the meaning of the concept and learn how to tell right from wrong, good from evil and beauty from ugliness.
The masses, especially the youth, should maintain socialist morality in line with the Eight Honors and Disgraces:
-- Love the country; do it no harm
-- Serve the people; never betray them
-- Follow science; discard superstition
-- Be diligent; not indolent
-- Be united, help each other; make no gains at other's expense
-- Be honest and trustworthy; do not sacrifice ethics for profit
-- Be disciplined and law-abiding; not chaotic and lawless
-- Live plainly, work hard; do not wallow in luxuries and pleasures.
The concept, which underlines the value of patriotism, hardwork and plain living, belief in science, consciousness of serving the people, solidarity, honesty and credibility, and observation of the law, aims to refresh China's values by amalgamating traditional Chinese values with modern virtues.



民族文化(the ethnic groups): Culture is a significant character of a nation. It is the soul of a nation that keeps it surviving and going forward; the power that keeps it developing and prospering; and the spring that spouts its energy. China is a united multi-national country. The 56 nationalities jointly created the colorful and profound Chinese culture, in which the ethnic culture composes an important part. The government should pay high attention to the development of the culture cause of the ethnic groups, enact and implement a series of laws and regulations, policies and measures to help the ethnic groups to develop their culture cause from all aspects, which has achieved significant results.



气候变暖(climate change):Recent decades we have witnessed an obvious rise in the global average temperature, which receives serious concerns across the world.Climate was a global issue and urged all countries to work together to address the issue. We should pursue economic growth, social development and environmental protection in a coordinated and balanced way, and develop models of production and consumption compatible with sustainable development. The relevant international community should increase financial input and information sharing and step up cooperation in research, development and innovation of technology. Adaptation to climate change is of the greatest concerns to developing countries. Developing countries should take some policy measures to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions. As a developing country, China will shoulder its due international responsibilities and obligations. The Chinese government should give prominence to building a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society in its strategy of industrialization and modernization. Wen also called on other countries to join hands in dealing with climate change and promoting harmonious, clean and sustainable development in the world
Hackers' criminal activities are an international problem and China's network and information system have often been attacked by hackers from other countries.
