The course asks two main questions: first, how do states, social forces and various kinds of institutions affect the flow of economic resources across national boundaries? Second, how do economic forces constrain the behaviour of political actors at international level? More specifically, this course deals with the politics of international economic cooperation. <br /></font></font>
