讲座人介绍:


Dr. Giuseppe Gabusi is affiliated with the University of Torino as adjoint pr
ofessor of IPE and Political Economy of East Asia. He teaches also Internatio
nal Relations of East Asia at the Catholic University of Milan. He has held l
ectures and seminars at the University of Bologna, University of Rome III, Un
iversity of Florence, University of Genoa, Zheda University, University of Sa
nto Tomas, and Pazmany University. A co-founder of T.wai, Torino World Affair
s Institute, he is Head of Research at the same institute. His research inter
ests include China’s political economy, foreign economic policy, economics a
nd security in the Asia-Pacific. He is currently Visiting Research Fellow at
the Australian National University, Canberra.

Among his published works are ‘L’importazione del Capitalismo. Il ruolo del
le istituzioni nello sviluppo economic cinese’ (Importing Capitalism. The ro
le of institutions in China’s economic development) and ‘Evolution after re
volution: The Chinese ‘claiming State’ between history and textbook economi
cs’, in L. Wang (ed.), China Rising in the Changing World Economy.
