☆ How to apply MA & Graduate Officer Program?
  √ You should apply online as we don't process applications received in any other format. The online application open period will be 13 Sep 2011 – 19 Oct 2011.


☆ Who UOB China are looking for?
  √ We seek candidates who have outstanding overall qualities such as leadership potential, impeccable character, outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people. Any citizen of China who is expecting to graduate in Year 2012 is welcome to apply.


☆ Can I join the MA Program if I have more than 2 years of experience?
  √ We welcome those applicants will graduate in 2012 with bachelor or master degree and graduates with up to 2 years of working experience is also welcomed.


☆ Where will the tests and interviews be conducted?
  √ The written test and face to face interview will be conducted in Chengdu,Beijing and Shanghai. Especially you must physically participate the Group Assessment and Panel Interview.


☆ What type of training will MA receive?
  √ 2012 UOB China MA Program is a 15month stint to grow and nurture organically potential leaders. The Program, which comprises core training and job rotations, is structured to provide the UOB China MA with opportunities for accelerated learning and skills acquisition.


☆ What type of training will Graduate Officer receive?
  √ 2012 UOB China Graduate Officer Program is a 6month stint to grow and develop our potential specialists. The Program, which comprises core training and job rotations, is structured to provide the Graduate Officer with opportunities for accelerated learning and skills acquisition.  


☆ What will be my future path further to the MA Program?
  √ All the MAs are expected to be UOB China potential leaders in different business area.


☆ What happens if I fail in MA Program application process?
  √ We will save your application in our database to see any other job opportunity which is applied for fresh graduates.
