政治学人：李连江

李连江
     
李连江教授是中国农村问题研究的著名专家，近年来蜚声海内外。他生于1963年，河北沧县人，1978年进入天津南开大学求学，攻读哲学专业，1982年获得哲学学士学位，1987年获得哲学硕士学位。毕业后，李连江曾留在南开大学短期任教；1989年，还曾出版过译著《西方现代语言哲学》。此后，李连江赴美留学，在攻读政治学博士学位的过程中，转而与中国的农村研究问题结缘，其博士学位论文即以此为主题。1996年，李连江在美国俄亥俄州立大学获得政治学博士学位。毕业后，李连江博士任教于香港香港浸会大学政府与国际关系学系，2006年又转任香港中文大学政治学系教授。研究兴趣集中于中国农民的政治参与和农村基层民主建设。
