时间要求:每周至少工作4天,并且能连续工作6个月或以上。(时间要求为硬性要求,如无法满足请绕行)
Descriptions:
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment Manager, HR, Ericsson China. The main interfaces are: Ericsson candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, offer officers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.
Main responsibilities:
1. Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners (BP)
2. Perform candidates CVs screening, collecting and phone interviewing
3. Prepare job posting internally and externally
4. Follow up with headhunters and internal referral system
5. Communicate effectively with hiring manager, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders, to inform candidates
6. Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
7. Deliver offer for interns, follow up the feedback and update status for managers, facilitate onboard process
8. Participate in other recruitment related project as an assistant.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above from top university, no major requirement. However, majoring in human resources, organizational management, orEnglish is preferred;
2. Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;
3. Open-minded, smart, fast learning;
4. Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated;
5. Able to work under high pressure
6. Good command of English and Mandarin.
7. Excellent communication skills
待遇:每天常规工作时间为8小时,提供有市场竞争力的薪酬待遇。若有加班,按照国家有关规定支付加班费。
