金正日：我对核试验感到遗憾

韩国一报纸周五（2006-10-20）报道，北朝鲜领导人金正日在会见中国代表团的时候，说自己为祖国的核试验感到遗憾。

Kim told the Chinese delegation that "he is sorry about the nuclear test," the newspaper reported.


金正日告诉中国代表团，“他为核试验感到抱歉”。

除此之外，金正日还表述了重返六方会谈的条件。
"If the U.S. makes a concession to some degree, we will also make a concession to some degree, whether it be bilateral talks or six-party talks,"

“如果美国可以做某种程度的让步，我们也会做某种程度的让步，不论是双边会谈也好，六方会谈也好，我们都会考虑。”
