I ask for help

I always hate to study english,as soon as  I see the book in english, I feel headache.but I now am three grade,and want to attend to the graduate student examination ,so I must study it.I didn't find the best methods of studying english.
  I hope someone can help me here,or tell me good ways for english.

do a lot reading and practice, I think this is a good way to learn English

First,you should have confidence,don't be headache,and try to love it,it's the best way.
