<br>Microsoft Research Asia is one of Microsoft Research lab in world wide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is looking to support MSRA team, a fast growing and dynamic division in Microsoft. As Administrative Assistant to MSRA, you will support the team, and also work closely with other Administrative Assistants within the business group to achieve success!

<br>Responsibilities and accountabilities include but are not limited to: Provides administrative support. Proactively coordinate group meetings. This will include processing travel plans, planning and coordinating team morale events. Track and manage headcount & requisitions for the teams, new hire setups, update team organization chart and other support documents as needed. Monitor and manage space planning and office moves. Procurement of goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, & reference materials. Monitoring and tracking operational expenses and submitting reclasses and accruals as necessary is also a job requirement.

<br>Qualifications: Like to work in a fast-paced administrative capacity. Candidate will need to have the ability to effectively implement and monitor moderately complex plans and schedules, to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround, to maintain confidentiality of information and uses discretion and judgment in discussing information about Microsoft, and to build effective working relationships inside and outside the work group. Candidate will also need to be able to change direction in response to changing work situations, to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals, and to solve routine problems effectively. Candidate must be a team player, be able to work independently, prioritize own work and resources, have a positive attitude, be proactive, ability to multi-task, & have an executive presence. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Strong attention to detail required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred. A BA/BS degree preferred.
