<br>Location: Shanghai Zhangjiang High Tech Park
<br>
<br>Key objective & responsibilities
<br>-Assist in overall management, planning, co-ordination, application and
<br>support of all safety, health, environmental and security aspects of the
<br>manufacturing works and plant processes.
<br>-Assist the development, implementation and enhancement of safety, health
<br>and environmental management systems.
<br>-Co-work to ensure that appropriate safety, health and environmental rules
<br>are communicated to DuPont and contract employees.
<br>-Coordinates the interpretation of local legislation and DuPont policies
<br>that are pertinent to Process Technology and personnel and defines the
<br>requirements that the plant and facilities are built, operated, and
<br>monitored in compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
<br>
<br>Skill and knowledge required
<br>-Minimum University Degree.
<br>-Good interpersonal and communication skills
<br>-Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
<br>-Able to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
<br>-0-2 years SHE experience
<br>-Operation experience will be a plus
<br>
