关于签证的两个问题


请教版主：
（1）学生签证上有没有说允许打工？因为我看到我们学校的网页上说

You should check that you have a visa which allows you
to work in the UK before applying for any job.
我想用不用在签证申请表上注明我还需要打工的许可呢？

（2）学校还说 The standard leave to remain in the UK
is a the duration of your programme plus four months,
which will enable you to attend your graduation
ceremony. You should ensure that this is granted at
the time you apply for your visa, as it is expensive
to extend your stay once you are in the UK.
那是不是说我必须申请得到为期16个月的签证？还是签证官会根据你12个月的课程自动给你加4个月上去？

不需要在申请表上填写打工申请，因为学生签证本身就意味着学期时20小时合法打工，假期时全职打工的许可。

签证的长短有签证官决定（标准我不清楚）。所以不是一定要申请到16个月的签证，签证官自有判断。
