<br>要是想对摇滚的起源都不大清楚的话就很难区分摇滚与流行的。在国外，正规的音乐学院多数都是摇滚系的。没有相当文化底蕴的人是无法听懂摇滚的。而不像在国内难登大雅之堂。国内的晚会即便是那些连谱也不识的所谓歌唱家都可以上的晚会都会拒绝摇滚的。
<br>在我们国内，摇滚起源是由崔健的一无所有开始的。
<br>所以崔健有着摇滚之父的美称。
<br>但是对于许我无法真正区分这两者的区别人来说有一个比较简单的办法！
<br>虽然这办法不是很准确，却也不失为一种简单的区分办法。
<br>1、从原创观点上来区分。通常摇滚乐是由原创者或原创乐队自己来编曲和演绎而推出的，而流行往往同一个音乐人可以打造出很多个不同的歌手。
<br>2、从配器方面来看。现在电子乐充斥于各种音乐当中，但是还是以流行歌曲为主。而原创摇滚歌曲多以真实的乐器和真实的乐手生动而富有激情地演绎的，富于即兴与变化。
<br>3、要从严格意义上区分摇滚与DISCO，每当听到有人将这两者混一谈的人说到这两是同一类东西时，我就忍不住想骂他们是猪。那些迪厅里放的都是些垃圾音乐，可有人认为那是摇滚，那么这种人根本不知道什么是摇滚，更别谈什么摇滚精神了。我还是想重复我说过的一句话：我恨DISCO，我爱ROCK！
