<br>Position: Project Manager for Ericsson (China) R&D Centre
<br>Location: Beijing
<br>Employment status: Long term
<br>1 MAIN TASKS
<br>· Direct accountability to the project assigned by the Organization
<br>· Provide project management leadership in product development
<br>· Strictly implement budget, schedule and human resources control
<br>· Act as the primary interface to the regional and global organization
<br>s
<br>· Ensure the consistent use of standard Ericsson project management me
<br>thodology, tools and procedures
<br>2 QUALIFICATION
<br>· Bachelor or master degree of first level University (engineering bac
<br>kground is preferred)
<br>· Business and management awareness
<br>· Strong leadership and communication skill
<br>· Well organized and have structure thinking
<br>· Initiative and positive personal personality
<br>· Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
<br>· Development potential
<br>· Project management or team leader experience is highly preferred
<br>· Good understanding of telecommunication knowledge is highly preferred
<br>Position: Sourcing Manager
<br>Location: Beijing
<br>Employment status: Long term
<br>1 MAIN TASKS
<br>· Take full responsibility for sourcing issues in the organization
<br>· Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the cost and schedule targets of the project
<br>· Introduce, evaluate and approve new suppliers
<br>· Establish and maintain the supply chain
<br>2 QUALIFICATION
<br>· Bachelor or master degree of first level University (Engineering background is preferred)
<br>· Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
<br>· Strong leadership and communication skill
<br>· Strong negotiation skill
<br>· Strong business awareness
<br>· Initiative and positive personal personality
<br>· Fluent in English speaking and writing
