Schneider Electric Recruiting Ship out Business Development Manager

JOB TITLE:Ship out Business Development Manager – Africa

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Develop, support & collaborate with local/international sales teams to grow the Ship-out Business (from China to respective countries)

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build working relationship with all related parties in multi-million projects;
- Develop working relationship with EPC and investors for market penetration;
- Create customer profile, account plan, formulate winning strategy;
- Establish project pipeline & milestones of each for front log review;
- Coordinate all related activities for each of projects;
- Identify issues and challenges; and
- Provide commercial supports to all level of sales in China/Overseas to close the business

Candidate Profile / Key Competencies
- Excellent in French/English, both spoken/written, those who can speak Putonghua (Chinese) is preferred, but not a must;
- Willing to work in Beijing/Shanghai, China;
- Able to influence & collaborate with all different levels of people, ie. Sales/technical support/senior executives/country president;
- Team player, multicultural, mobile, people oriented; and
- Want to win.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
-        Good Selling skills
-        Autonomy Technical skill
-        Good Commercial acumen ship
-        Excellent Communication
-        Excellent Leadership
-        Excellent Result oriented, Driving force
-        Excellent Anticipation/Time management
-        Excellent Multitasking

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of Business management or Business Development.
- University Diploma (BAC + 5) in commercial scope ; Having MBA is an advantage.
