简况： 1952 年 12 月 7 日 生于天津，现任清华大学国际问题研究所所长、《国际政治科学》总编、 Chinese Journal of International Politics 总编、博士生导师。兼任中国国际关系学会副会长、中华美国学会副会长、国家社科基金学科评审专家、国防大学兼职教授、中国人民外交学会理事、 中国国际交流协会理事、中国和平统一促进会理事、中国联合国协会理事、中国军控与裁军协会理事、中国国际关系研究会理事、中美友好协会理事、中国亚太学会理事、中国太平洋学会理事、亚太安全合作理事会中国委员会委员、国家安全委员会高级研究员。《世界经济与政治》、《欧洲研究》、《当代亚太》、《东南亚研究》、《当代世界》、《战略决策研究》、 ( 韩国 ) The Korean Journal of Defense Analysis 、（美国） Journal of Chinese Political Science 杂志的学术委员。
