Descriptions:
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment Manager, HR, Ericsson China. The main interfaces are: Ericsson candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, offer officers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.
Main responsibilities:
1. Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners (BP)
2. Perform candidates CVs collecting and screening
3. Prepare job posting internally and externally
4. Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
5. Participate in other recruitment related project as an assistant.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above from top university, no major requirement
2. Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills
3. Open-minded, smart, fast learning
4. Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated
5. Able to work under high pressure
6. Good command of English and Mandarin
7. Excellent communication skills
