1.Ensure OAM software quality accordingly to time and quality requirements
2.Write test documents based on customer requirements
3.Setup and maintain test environment, integrate the OAM system and real nodes including installation and configuration
4.Perform test and debug node/system issues
5.Travel for product certification and customer site activities on demand
6.Work in cross-unit and cross-functional team environment with system engineer and software designer and support engineer
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.BsC or MsC degree major in Telecom Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
2.Good knowledge of telecommunication system or software testing, and project experience in telecom software testing would be a plus
3.Familiar with UNIX/Linux system, Perl/Shell script usage and DataBase operation
4.Good at troubleshooting with analytical skills
5.Be a team player with good communication skill
6.Fluent in both oral and written English
