Position: Technical Support Engineer (co-op, Beijing)
Responsibilities:
• Work with support engineer to solve fundamental product issues after training
• Provide trouble shooting steps for Platform product issues in customer site.
• Coordinate relevant depts to accelerate customer issues solving.
• After being familiar with Platform products, propose valuable solution to address production issues.
• Solve production issue over web-conf or tele-conf on demand
• Manage customer case and avoid escalation. Keep team leader and manager be aware of the progress of critical issue.
• Attend regular tele-conf with critical accounts
Job Requirements:
• MS candidate -- Grade 1 student with approval from mentor. (can continuously work for more than 10 months)
• Be familiar with UNIX/Linux/Windows system knowledge
• Good communication skill in both spoken English and writing English
• Quick learning skill
• Good teamwork
• Be able to work in flexible working hrs (work at night on demand)
• Experience on cluster management or Grid research is a plus
• Good time management skill and priority management skill is a plus
• Certain development experience (C/C++, Java, etc) is a plus
• Certain DB knowledge (Oracle, MySQL, etc) is a plus
• Be able to accomplish the graduation theme in company
Position: Software QA (co-op, Beijing and Xi’an)
Responsibilities:
• Learn and be familiar with Platform’s main products: LSF, HPC, JS, SYMPHONY, etc;
• Develop test plan and test cases according to product feature’s requirement specification;
• Execute the test plan and give test result and quality assessment report；
• Create design document for test automation and develop the test automation tools, including regression test tools, stress test tools and performance test tools.
Job Requirements:
• Post-graduate student, who has completed the first year’s study, and is allowed to work off-campus for one year by the tutor;
• Has software development experience, be familiar with C, C++/Java, preferred to have shell/perl scripts programming experience;
• Be familiar with software engineering, understand the methodology of software testing, and better have software testing experience;
• Be familiar with the mainstream UNIX and Windows system administration including Linux, Solaris, AIX and Windows, etc;
• Has good team work, be serious about work;
• Has strong capability on development and writing test plan;
• Learn fast and be able to use new technology;
• Has good communication skill.
