我来谈下我的看法。根据加州Attorney General网站公布的保税数据看，章子怡基金在2010年2月3日才递交2008年度（自然年）的财务状况的所得税表。从这个申报时间看，我认为如果没有广大网友的质疑和抨击，恐怕章子怡及其团队是完全不会去更新和递交报表，很大可能是会放弃基金。在整个报税表中，可以看到基金会的秘书和账本维护人是Stephanie Zill c/o PFM - 2850 Ocean Park Blvd, Ste 300 -Santa Monica, CA 90411 4084。 电话：310 282 5161。这位女士应该是Provident Financial Management理财公司的员工。而章子怡基金正式放在Provident Financial Management来代维护的。从整个保税情况看，诡异之处是Stephanie曾在2009年中提出两次延期3个月保税的要求，也就是说，延期6个月。这6个月的延期报税截止日是到2009年11月15日结束。这就是说，该基金会2008年的保税完全违反美国国内税务署的要求，在泼墨门事发时，该基金会已经完全属于税务非法状态了。因此，我认为如果不是迫于舆论压力和对可能的民事刑事诉讼的恐慌，章子怡团队应该是会丢弃这个基金会的。那么，我们再来看看究竟是多么复杂的一个账目，需要该基金会申请2次总计6个月的申报延期，而求最终无法在到期日前申报。大家可以看附图，在2008年度（自然年），从基金会5月建立到2008年12月31日止，按美国会计准则，基金会共计入收入45471美元，总计花费的‘Professional fees and other payments to independent contractors’（付给律师会计师税务准备人员等专业人士的费用和独立承包人的费用）为5730美元，占到计入收入的12.6%！ 另外还有一个25美元的银行费用。整个报税表的众多会计条目中，仅上述三项有内容。截止2008年12月31日的基金会总资产为45471-5730-25=39716美元。也就是说， 在2008年度，章子怡基金声称总共募集到的资金为45471美元，然后再整整6个多月的时间内，总共花了5755美元的专业人事费用和银行费用，然后一分钱没有对外捐献！

Chinese public really wants to know what happened at Zhang’s Charity event. Did the people who attended the event, including those named above, really just "promised to donate a certain amount of money" but didn’t follow through? If they really donated money and trusted Zhang to deliver their good will, they have a right to know that they had been lied to and their money has never reached the people they intended to help.
