The new hire will get career development opportunities in Business Center (Core Operations) of Asia Operations organization. A training program will be set for he/she in first year. In addition to classroom trainings, he/she will receive on job training on various job assignments within Business Center. The job assignments may include supporting the daily operations of VP Office, project cost control, report/presentation preparation/analysis, coordinating process implementation in different regions in Asia, working closely with regional teams and ensuring compliance with process/policy/quality requirements.
