A： There are a couple of reasons. They are desperate for magic because of their addiction. Kael'thas in the meantime promised the Blood Elves a paradise behind the Dark Portal. To get there, they need all the help they can get. Since they backstabbed the Alliance, there's only one place to go, the Horde. Not to mention the Blood Elves resemble the once tainted Orcs. They also got a bond with the Forsaken.

A： Nobundo (a Broken) lost the power to wield the light. After wandering around, the wind talked to him. The wind taught him the way of the Shamans. After some time, Nobundo returned to his uncorrupted brethren, the Draenei. After the Draenei fled Tempest Keep, Nobundo went with the Draenei to Azeroth. Nobdundo taught all he knew to his brethren.
