1.Strong C++/Java programming skills & experience
2.Profound OOAD knowledge, familiar with s/w development processes
3.Fluent in English reading and writing, mid-level English communication skills
4.Professional and effective communications both internally and externally
5.Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6.Highly self-motivated and autonomous in the work
7.Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
8.Knowledge of a source management tool (Clearcase, CVS).
Optional
1.Experience in CORBA is a plus
2.Knowledge of UNIX environment
3.Basic knowledge of Wireless system (UMTS, GSM, CDMA, etc) architecture
4.Experience in design and development of comprehensive s/w system
5.Experience in s/w development in a TL9000 certificated telecommunication company
