Main Responsibilities:
-Identify, develop, qualify suppliers and products in Far East Asia to implement Low Cost Region outsourcing strategies;
-Execute PFQ (Request For Quotation) and negotiate all commercial terms
-Deliver sustainable total cost advantages to business by effective supplier and product management
-Intensive cooperation with SQD for product development and qualification
-Collaboration with Supply Chain Management for supplier performance control and improvement
-Supplier risk assessment
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in electronic engineering or relevant majors from accredited university
-Minimum 3 years as global sourcing function in particular PCBA, Power Electronics Industry
-Fluent spoken and written English; Influence and Persuasiveness
-Integrity; Initiative and proactive
