1989~1991 Studied in preparatory class of International Relationship Department of the Kiev University of Ukraine.
1991~1996 Studied in International Relationship Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO~University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
1996,6 Received the Diploma with Honours.Granted the Scientific Degree “Master of Arts” in Political Science.
1997~ Teaches in School of International Studies of Renmin University of China as a lecturer.
