Key Responsibilities· Assistance in interview. e.g. inform candidates, receive the candidates, prepare and compile interview documents. · On-boarding logistics administration. e.g. coordination on the readiness on cubicle, computer, telephone with Admin and IT and on-board formalities with Employees Service Team · Provide support on training programs organization · Other assignments at request
Qualifications and Experience · At least 4 days available for full time work every week.· Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related major.· Good time management skills · Strong computer skills, knowledge and application of multiple software packages to provide word processing, spreadsheets, graphics/charts, PowerPoint.· Positive work attitude and team work spirit· Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English· Have working experience in multinational companies, experience in HR will be a plus.
