<P>宏观调控：指政府为实现宏观 ( 总量 ) 平衡，保证经济持续、稳定、协调增长，而对货币收支总量、财政收支总量和外汇收支总量的调节与控制；由此扩展开来，通常把政府为弥补市场失灵采取的其他措施也纳入宏观调控的范畴。在社会主义市场经济条件下，调控的主要目标是：经济稳定增长，重大经济结构优化，物价总水平基本稳<!--ADV_CONTENT-->定，充分就业，公正的收入分配，国际收支平衡等。
