We are the leading global network of young people developing socially responsible, entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, active learners who are proactive agents of change. We connect young people globally to help our world to become a better place through realizing 5,000 international traineeship exchanges as the core of any learning experience. We ensure the quality of all our activities through the creation of integrated learning processes around our traineeships.
