Key Requirements:

An Excellent English speaker, TEM 8 a must Able to communicate and motivate via the telephone Able to understand margin calculations and basic business finance, e.g. percentage calculations Must be a competent writer of business letters and emails.

A Sharp and aggressive person

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Search the Colleague database for candidates using criteria gathered from requirements.

2. Contact prospective candidates to establish the candidate's suitability for a requirement.

3. Maintain the Database history of all contact made with candidates.

4. Attach suitably confirmed and qualified candidates to respective requirements.

5. Organize, as requested by a client and directed by an account executive, client/candidate interviews.

6. On the placement of a contractor, supervise the sending, signing and return of contractor contracts.

7. Organize, supervise and monitor the travel of the placed contractor to the location where the contractor is required to carry out their contract.

8. Maintain contact with the contractor, contacting them at least once a week.

9. Alert management and/or respective account managers of any problems or issues that may occur during the contractor's term of contract.

10. Ensure contractor's timesheets are sent to Networkers International at the frequency required by the contract.

11. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
